What is Sophia Hedge Access?

Sophia Hedge Access is a registered investment adviser founded in 2005 by the principals of Belvedere Global Investors, an institutional brokerage firm focused on alternative investments, to manage Belvedere Global Investors’ investment platform dedicated to serving the needs of sophisticated investors, independent brokerages, financial planners and advisors.

The platform offers investors the possibility to create their own portfolios of alternative fund managers and structured products, including hedge funds, private equity funds, funds of funds, currency and commodities managers.

Why Invest Through Sophia Hedge Access?

Independent brokerages may use Sophia Hedge Access to be remunerated on investments in alternative fund managers by their clients.
Independent planners, advisors and private investors use Sophia Hedge Access for an initial review and ongoing due diligence of alternative fund managers.
Belvedere Global Investors has a global network of several thousand institutional investors. It uses this network and other proprietary sources to identify private money managers with strong expertise. Belvedere Global Investors does not select fund managers that do not manage money for recognizable institutional investors, giving its investors access to institutional-quality fund managers.
Sophia Hedge Access is an open architecture platform. Investors may select one or several fund managers on the platform, creating their own portfolios.
